A new Dural agency will have hobby farms and horse paddocks on its doorstep.
Belle Property has opened a new office in Dural, a semi-rural suburb in Sydney’s Hills District.
Previously head of Belle Property Castle Hill’s acreage division, agent Carolyn Wheatley will lead the new Dural office. She will be joined by Kasey Fyfe, and the two agents will together bring over 23 years of real estate experience to the new venture.
Despite having an old-world atmosphere, Wheatley believes Dural has a strong future ahead of it.
“We have seen a huge increase of families wanting to take advantage of the rural lifestyle while still having close access to the buzz of Sydney CBD,” she said.
With a “predominant demographic of generational families” in Dural, Wheatley and Fyfe plan to continue leveraging their extensive personal connections with the local community.
Both have a long history with the area, with Wheatley having been born and raised in Dural. For the principal, real estate is in the blood – both her parents were agents in the local area for over 30 years.
“Our focus is to continue fostering the lifetime relationships we are already so well-known for in the community through genuine connections, honest negotiation and hard work,” she said.
Going forward, the office will continue to work with close neighbour Belle Property Castle Hill, enabling both agencies to reach greater heights of success.
Belle Property’s head of NSW Andrew Robinson shared: “We look forward to seeing the Belle Property Dural and Belle Property Castle Hill offices work collaboratively in the Hills District as market leaders while providing a smooth and positive property journey experience for every client.”
“We’re thrilled to provide Carolyn the opportunity to take the next step in opening her own office with Belle Property in an area she’s so well-versed in and has a deep connection with,” he said.
