More than 170 hectares of land for sale surrounding Queensland tourism icon The Big Pineapple has received strong interest from both local and overseas parties, Ray White revealed today.
Public tenders for the property have closed and marketing agent Mark Creevey from Ray White Special Projects said the sale, which excludes the current business operation, had attracted offers for a wide range of uses.
“We have received interest from a range of different buyers based locally, interstate and overseas,” Mr Creevey said.
“They include tourism operators, land developers and property investors.”
The Big Pineapple is located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast just one hour from Brisbane.
