Dethridge Groves Real Estate (DGRE), the agency of real estate industry leader Hayden Groves, has rebranded to Ray White.

Hayden Groves, former president of the Real Estate Institute of Australia and the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia, has moved to Ray White Fremantle after over 20 years at DGRE.

His team of 20 DGRE agents and staff will remain on board during the rebrand.

As a local independent agency with a 45-year history, DGRE was a staple of the Fremantle community, but Groves assured locals that the quality of service would not change.

“While we are excited about the opportunities ahead with Ray White, our commitment to our clients remains the same,” Groves said.

“You can’t stand still in business; you must adapt and evolve. Our journey with Ray White promises to be an exciting adventure for us and the Fremantle community.”

According to Groves, the decision to transition over to Ray White was driven by a need for greater levels of support.

“We have built a strong foundation and have great potential for growth. However, I recognised the need for additional support and resources to fully realise that potential,” Groves said.

“The partnership also opens the door for us to expand and nurture more real estate careers,” he noted.

DGRE received a warm welcome from Ray White, with CEO Mark Whiteman sharing that the firm is “thrilled to have Hayden and his team join the Ray White family”.

“Hayden’s dedication to the Fremantle community and his exemplary record as a leader in the industry aligns with our values at Ray White. This collaboration will strengthen our presence in this important market of Perth and enhance our ability to deliver unparalleled service to our clients,” Whiteman said.

Dan White, managing director of Ray White, added that “it is a humbling endorsement of our group that a respected team like Dethridge Groves Real Estate believes that their future will be stronger with us”.

“Our commitment to Hayden and his team is to ensure that, together, we remain at the forefront of the industry and deliver the best outcomes for our customers,” said White.

Looking ahead, Groves shared he looks forward to continuing to thrive under the new brand.

“Fremantle is a vibrant and progressive community, and I am confident our business will continue to flourish and serve our local area under the Ray White banner,” he said.
