RE/MAX Property Centre has relocated to a newly renovated office, with plans for growth firmly in the agency’s sights.

The agency’s owner and principal Danny Woolbank has moved his team to a new location at Broadbeach Mall.

The transition marks the agency’s third relocation, with RE/MAX highlighting Woolbank’s purchase of the ground level office space freehold was motivated by the location’s market visibility and capacity for potential team growth in sales and property management.

The principal described the new office as in a “prime location”, situated in the restaurant and cafe precinct and conference centre of the Gold Coast, while being three times the size of his initial office opened more than five years ago.

To design the new office, Woolbank’s team worked alongside an office design specialist to conceptualise the practical layout of the new location’s open working space, four connected offices, client contact area and reception.

While the new agency space was designed for RE/MAX Property Centre’s current team of seven in sales, three in property management and resident office manager, the principal stated that the office includes space for “an anticipated growth in numbers”.

Even before the office’s 2 September opening, RE/MAX relayed the aesthetic of the new location had already been received favourably by the business and community.

“It came out of a team collaboration on design features, colours and overall ambience. The open ceiling was definitely our choice,” Woolbank added.

The principal voiced that he expects his agency’s three strongest sales agents in unit market sales Alex Wohler, Rima Stafford and Andrew Hickey to thrive in the new office’s visible location, and in turn attract other agents who desire the ground floor exposure.

“The entire team and our customers and clients will benefit from our new home,” he concluded.

This relocation follows the opening of the Cannington-based RE/MAX Extreme South office in Perth’s southern suburbs.
