Susan Astridge and Joey Hoover are making the move into business ownership.
Stone Real Estate has established a new office to service Wahroonga and surrounds, under the banner of Stone Real Estate Wahroonga/Turramurra.
Astridge and Hoover will lead the charge on the new operation, which will offer a full range of services, from buying and selling to leasing and property management.
The move into business ownership is a transition of sorts for the pair, who have been successful agents in the local community.
As lifelong residents of the upper north shore, both attended local schools and are entrenched in the local community.
According to Stone, both agents pride themselves on maintaining ethical standards, being truthful, and prioritising the best interests of heir clients.
“We provide honest advice, handle transactions with fairness, and are transparent about all aspects of a deal to ensure a trustworthy and smooth experience,” shared Astridge, with this approach having enabled them to achieve a high level of referral business.
