Property developer Valad Property Group (VPG) today announced the winner of an international tender to design a planned residential development at one of Sydney’s most prominent locations.
Kerry Hill Architects was selected for VPG’s planned residential development at one Alfred Street, Circular Quay. The historic site, owned by the Valad Managed Fund, is currently occupied by Gold Fields House.
The winning design features two apartment towers including a main tower, which will take advantage of Sydney’s superb harbour views, the Rocks, and the CBD.
The scheme will also include club and gym facilities together with restaurants, cafes and quality retail stores.
