The Coronis Group has bolstered its South-East Queensland footprint, adding a new office in Pelican Waters.
The opening of their newest outpost, Coronis Pelican Waters, will be led by husband-and-wife real estate professionals Louis and Kathy d’Espagnac.
This new office marks the Coronis Group’s third Sunshine Coast location and was described by the group as further solidifying the network’s footprint across the region.
Before moving to Australia in 2017, Louis d’Espagnac worked within the UK-based Romans Group, where he became one of the youngest sales directors in the company’s history.
Explaining his decision to join Coronis on emigrating, Louis shared he “found himself missing the day-to-day of real estate”. During a family holiday to Australia in 2016, he spoke with Coronis Group chairman Andrew Coronis, where he realised his “values aligned perfectly”.
“It felt like minutes, but we spoke for hours and at the end he offered Kathy and I a job. We haven’t looked back since,” he said.
The network detailed the new partnership franchise headed by the duo will support their “personal and professional growth” and enable them to achieve their goal of “changing more lives” in the Pelican Waters community.
Since the opening of the Pelican Waters outpost, the new office has been warmly received by the local community, it was reported.
“It has been such a pleasant experience seeing so many people come through the office just to say hello and welcome. We love being in the heart of the community of Pelican Waters,” said Louis.
Alongside the new agency’s office location, the network also highlighted Coronis Pelican Waters’ recent acquisition of a rent roll of 80 properties as marking a “significant milestone” in the broader network’s strategic growth plan.
Commenting on the network’s latest addition, Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said: “I am extremely proud of Louis and Kathy for opening their own partnership franchise in Pelican Waters.”
“It is an opportunity to extend their already positive impact in the community and change more lives for the better,” she concluded.
This opening by Louis d’Espagnac continues his momentum over the year, having ranked at number 21 in REB’s Top 50 Queensland 2024 ranking.
