Gwen Levesque has taken the reins at her third office, Raine & Horne Salisbury, bolstering her expanding portfolio that already includes Raine & Horne Gawler and Raine & Horne Munno Para.

Levesque’s journey in real estate began in 2016 when she moved from Queensland to make a home for herself in Gawler, in South Australia’s south-east, and began working in property management.

Her rapid ascent to part-owner of Raine & Horne Gawler, alongside long-time principal Chris Weston, marked the start of an impressive career trajectory. Her addition of the Munno Para office in 2022 highlighted her growing influence in the region, and now, the Salisbury office fills a critical gap in Raine & Horne’s expansion north of Adelaide.

James Trimble, general manager for South Australia at Raine & Horne, lauded Levesque’s achievements and leadership that have helped her expand the team so rapidly.

“Gwen’s journey from property management to multi-office principal exemplifies dedication and vision. Her expertise in managing multiple offices and driving growth makes her an invaluable asset to our network,” Trimble said.

“Salisbury represents a pivotal market for us,” he explained. “Our 25-year history in the region makes it a natural fit for growth, and with Gwen leading the charge, we are poised for continued success.”

Levesque has certainly struck while the iron is hot. Salisbury’s has recently emerged as an investment hotspot. With significant government infrastructure investments and a surge in both residential and commercial developments, the area has seen remarkable growth.

It’s proven to be attractive to buyers looking for an affordable entrypoint, with median house prices at $600,000 and apartments at $330,000. Over the past year, house prices have surged nearly 20 per cent, driven by a mix of established buyers, first-time home owners, and investors.

Levesque feels it’s certainly an exciting time to be active in the area, and along with the new office she’s looking to recruit some passionate locals keen to support the community’s real estate needs.

“I’m looking for people who genuinely care about the clients they serve, not just about closing deals,” she said.

She shared her hope that this third office opening will be one of many.

“This expansion is just the beginning. Raine & Horne’s support has been crucial, and I’m committed to continuing our growth while providing exceptional service to our clients,” Levesque said.
