Australasian real estate super brand Raine & Horne has entered into a partnership with staffing solutions provider Cloudstaff, in which the latter will be the former’s exclusive offshore staffing provider.
The collaboration aims, Cloudstaff said in a statement, to support Raine & Horne principals who are facing staffing challenges by offering expert offshore staffing solutions to help their businesses thrive.
“Integrating Cloudstaffers can reduce overheads significantly, with offshore team members costing up to 60 per cent less than local onshore assistants,” the provider said. The offshore staffing firm currently boasts a talent pool of over 500,000 professionals in its network.
Moreover, the provider’s tailored and dedicated offshore staffing solutions can, the provider continued, “efficiently manage tasks such as property management admin, sales admin, leasing, virtual assistance, accounting, bookkeeping, marketing, and customer service, allowing your onshore team to focus on core activities”.
Cloudstaff currently runs a Real Estate Training Academy fast-track training for professionals to assist in the industry.
Raine & Horne is evidently looking to harness new solutions to resourcing, as it recently announced it was making use of AI tools to generate imagery for its brand campaigns.
The network kicked off the spring selling season with a new visual campaign designed to capture attention and build brand awareness through the use of its iconic logo.
Called “Part of the Landscape”, the campaign uses generative AI technology to embed the recognisable Raine & Horne ampersand into images of the Australian landscape.
The brand noted that the use of generative AI technology “allows for endless creative possibilities, ensuring that each execution is unique and engaging”.
