A network’s new location in Bella Vista comes as the area receives a surge of interest, thanks to Sydney’s newest rail line.

LJ Hooker Bella Vista will be overseen by licensee-in-charge and senior sales executive Leanne Nehme, who has relocated her former LJ Hooker agency in Baulkham Hills to a new location in the CircaRetail Shopping Centre.

In addition to serving the Bella Vista community, Nehme and her team will also focus on surrounding suburbs including Glenwood, Kings Langley and Norwest.

“Our business was naturally progressing into these high-growth areas, and it made sense to make the change now,” Nehme said.

With the opening of the recent leg of the Sydney Metro providing Bella Vista residents a direct line to the CBD, Nehme expects sustained interest and increased development in the months and years ahead.

The change in location has also shifted the outfit’s perspective on several factors, including how they market themselves to potential clients.

“We like that we are positioned next to the supermarket. We have 5,000 LJ Hooker shopping bags so if anyone has forgotten their own, they can come in, pick up a few and say ‘hello’.”

Nehme is also looking to recruit three new local sales specialists to the team as she expands operations to complement the new location.

LJ Hooker’s head of network Australia, Chris Keating, congratulated Nehme and pointed to her business savvy in making this move.

“It is important for businesses to be a step ahead to capitalise on exciting new infrastructure such as the Metro extension in Sydney’s north-west and the upcoming Western Sydney Airport at Badgerys Creek,” he said.

“These areas are experiencing rapid population growth as home buyers look for affordability and accessibility close to transport hubs.

“LJ Hooker has been a long-time collaborator with property developers, contributing to the growth of new housing projects across Australia, so it is important to have a presence in these high-growth areas,” Keating added.
