The network’s inaugural Queensland outpost has bolstered its inner-city footprint by bringing Ethel & Florence into the fold.

As part of this expansion, the Ethel & Florence team of four sales specialists will join the Brisbane operation of Atlas by LJ Hooker.

Since the agency’s opening in 2018, Ethel & Florence has focused on delivering what it describes as “bespoke results” for the communities of New Farm, Teneriffe, Brisbane CBD, Hamilton and the surrounding neighbourhoods.

When discussing the motivations behind the agency’s transition, Ethel & Florence’s founder Adele Oliver stated that linking with Atlas Brisbane presented a “unique opportunity for her team’s next chapter”.

“Moving to Atlas is a great fit for us as there are a lot of synergies between the two offices. We share a similar energy, focus on collaboration and advocacy of the inner-city lifestyle,” she said.

Oliver further shared that her team is eager to leverage Atlas’ “commitment to premium service” and collaborate with the brand’s other offices in Byron Bay and Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Director of Atlas Brisbane, Jarrod Perry, remarked that the expansion brought together a shared commitment to client service and has opened up “more cross-river opportunities” for the agency's sellers and investors.

“The Ethel & Florence team is known for combining professionalism and personality in the real estate experience and that’s won them a loyal client following over the years,” he said.

Citing the upcoming 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games, Perry added that the expansion would allow Atlas’ inner-city clients to “further capitalise on Brisbane’s growing profile”.

LJ Hooker Group’s head of network Australia, Chris Keating, echoed this sentiment in stating that “Atlas’ growth in inner Brisbane comes at an exciting time for the city”.

“It’s great to see the team from Ethel & Florence recognise the growth opportunities with Atlas, adding to its culture and leveraging its marketing and training for bespoke client outcomes,” he concluded.
