The real estate network has brought its brand to Sydney’s Hills District.
Belle Property has announced that it has opened up a new office in Rouse Hill, set to be led by established real estate expert, Freddy Handa.
The office’s opening comes on the heels of the launch of the new metro line, which connects the Hills District with the CBD in just around 45 minutes.
The new metro transportation links from the Sydney CBD going through North Sydney, Macquarie Park and through the Hills suburbs, and have played “a massive role” in improving the growth of north-west Sydney.
Because of this, the real estate provider determined that it was “the perfect time for Belle Property to further expand into the Hills area”.
Handa commented on the launch of the new office: “The new metro line will quickly put suburbs such as Rouse Hill on the map for the younger demographic who’s looking to buy their first property but don’t want to live too far away from Sydney CBD.
“With faster and more reliable transportation options, commuting to the city and other key areas in Sydney becomes much easier, making the Hills more attractive to potential home buyers and investors.”
According to Belle Property, Rouse Hill has experienced an increase in apartments, which is set to encourage a younger demographic who are looking to invest in smaller properties for better value than they would get around the inner west or eastern suburbs.
Belle Property head of NSW, Andrew Robinson, shared Handa’s excitement on the office launch: “We’re thrilled to see Freddy lead and launch our latest Belle Property office in an area that is foreseeing rapid growth within the near future.
“We are excited to witness his unwavering dedication and drive to set new benchmarks thrive with the support of our extensive and connected network of hard working agents and dynamic professionals.”
