The network’s latest addition will bring an interdisciplinary approach to its NSW team.

Harcourts NSW has welcomed Katrina Dight Martin into the role of business operations manager.

Martin reportedly brings a diverse skill set to the job, shaped by her background in client relations, real estate sales, public relations and project management, and enhanced by her tertiary qualifications in business, real estate, marketing, and public relations.

In particular, the network highlighted Martin’s experience around “assisting with setting goals, analysing competition, and defining advantage in the market”.

The appointee noted that her previous work on all levels of property transactions, combined with her extensive network and deep community ties, allows her to “empathise with clients and enrich their overall experience”.

“I am dedicated to ensuring clients feel valued, informed, supported, and empowered, especially during the period between contract and settlement,” she said.

After five years’ previous experience with another real estate group, Harcourts stated that Martin was eager to work with the network and “apply her experience and skills to the NSW community”.

Commenting on the appointment, Harcourts CEO Katrina Tarrant said the team was “excited to have someone of Katrina’s calibre onboard as we continue to raise the bar and set new benchmarks for excellence in our industry”.

“Her dedication to client experience and her real-time industry expertise will not only support our offices but also inspire them to reach new heights,” she said.

This sentiment was echoed by the brand’s Australian head of business operations, Kyrstie Nolan, who shared she was “thrilled that Katrina is bringing her specialist skills into the Harcourts NSW state office, and out into the community”.
