Place Estate Agents has expanded to the Redcliffe Peninsula area, with an accomplished local agent at the helm.

This new outpost, headed by local real estate professional Jess Culling, will extend Place Estate Agents’ presence to the Moreton Bay market.

Culling brings strong ties to her local community, having grown up in the region where she first started her career in real estate administration at just 17 years old.

Despite initially facing rejection when seeking a sales position, Culling’s determination and passion for sales would result in her going on to achieve success in roles with several agencies, including Ray White.

Now at the head of the new Place Redcliffe Peninsula office, Culling will be joined by lead agent Leanne Ollerenshaw, buyer manager and team operations Mia Houghton, and marketing and brand management Kelina Ollerenshaw.

The network also detailed that Troy Bateman will lead the agency’s business development management and rental options, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service in all aspects of real estate.

With her team’s support, Culling expressed her ambition to achieve an even greater market share in the “competitive landscape” of the Redcliffe Peninsula.

“Our goal is to elevate the Place brand in this area and provide a tailored, high-end experience that our community truly deserves,” she said.

Highlighting the new appointee’s experiences as a mother of two young girls, the network emphasised that Culling “understands the importance of community and family”.

“Having lived in this community for many years, my commitment is to provide a seamless and positive experience for buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords alike,” she said.

CEO of Place Estate Agents, Damian Hackett, said the new office “represents a major milestone for our brand and highlights our commitment to expanding with the right people”.

“Jess Culling and her team exemplify the values we cherish at Place, and we are excited to introduce our unique approach to real estate in this dynamic growth region,” he said.

This expansion represents the latest development in the network’s strategic vision for growth, which identified the 19 Greater Brisbane markets Place Estate agents will seek to service by 2032.
