Harcourts’ Launceston outpost is pulling out all the stops to commemorate 20 years of continuous service.
In celebration of its 20th anniversary this October, Harcourts Launceston will be holding an array of events throughout the month to celebrate its staff, clients and broader local community.
In giving back to the team that have played a key role in the agency’s growth, the office will host festivities that include a morning tea featuring “fun and laughter award for team members”, surprise gifts for staff and a day of relaxation with an office visit from a masseuse.
Director at Harcourts Launceston, Kate Littlejohn, emphasised that “any business is only as good as its staff” and said the milestone served as an “opportunity to acknowledge the wonderful dedication and commitment they all have to providing first-class service to our clients”.
To honour the contributions of Harcourt Launceston’s past staff and various longstanding clients and business partners, the agency also announced that a cocktail night will be held to cap off the month of celebration.
“We have had many clients for whom we have been their preferred supplier of real estate needs for many years, so putting a night on for them as our guests was the least we could do to thank them,” said director at Harcourts Launceston, Jeremy Wilkinson.
Members of the community will be able to witness a new billboard design celebrating the business at a major Launceston intersection, highlighting the agency’s support of the community over the past 20 years.
The agency also revealed plans for a full-page advertisement in the local Launceston property guide to get the word out about the anniversary, with all marketing released in October showcasing a specially designed circular badge to help share the news.
Commenting on the agency’s achievement, CEO of Harcourts Tasmania, Tony Morrison, expressed that “20 years of uninterrupted exceptional real estate service is worthy of serious celebration”.
“We are immensely proud of our dedicated team and loyal clients who have contributed to the success over the past two decades, so we decided to do something special,” he concluded.
