A recent addition to Coronis Group’s Brisbane inner city team brings a following from social media to the real estate brand.
The network reported that sales agent Alex Denmeade has joined Coronis Group.
With several years of experience in Brisbane’s West End, most recently working with Place Estate Agents, Denmeade has been with the Coronis Group for a number of months now, during which time he’s notched significant success.
According to the network, Denmade has already exceeded his previous sales records and continues to improve every month, with the agent’s last two quarters reportedly both eclipsing his yearly result with his former agency.
Coronis Group also relayed that the agent has managed to grow his personal rental roll to 38 properties, leading to an asset valued at nearly $350,000 which offers its own income stream.
Over the course of his sales career, Denmeade has established a reputation as “The West End Agent” and has built an online following on social media under this moniker.
Speaking on his transition, Coronis Group highlighted that the agent was motivated by the “hands-on leadership and growth opportunities” of the network under the leadership of CEO Karuna Mazzocchi.
“Karuna and the leadership team genuinely want people to be the best they can be and help them achieve their goals, no matter how big they are,” he said.
Discussing his future plans, Denmeade expressed that he is hoping to one day open his own office and growing his own team with the Coronis Group.
This addition continues the network’s recent growth, with sales agent Jack Harvey recently boosting the growth of Coronis’ Chermside outpost through the addition of a sizeable rental portfolio.
