Belle Property’s newest co-principals will bring sales experience and a strong community presence to managing its Lower Blue Mountains location.
The network’s newest outpost, Belle Property Lower Blue Mountains, will be helmed by local co-principals Kate Spence and Chris Rayner.
Belle Property detailed that the duo are highly regarded in their local community and known for their reputation for “personalised and family-focused real estate services” which they established over their near three decades of selling property in the Blue Mountains area.
With Spence and Rayner both bringing extensive property experience and comprehensive local knowledge, the network emphasised that the principals are highly regarded in their community for their dedication to clients and consistent delivery of outstanding results.
In discussing the duo’s alignment with Belle Property, they were said to have been drawn due to its alignment with their friendly attitude towards client relationship-building.
“We want to be known for our personalised, family-friendly approach, where clients feel supported and informed throughout the entire buying or selling process,” said Spence.
“Our focus is not just on driving sales, but on providing exceptional customer service, supporting local families, and contributing to the prosperity of the Lower Blue Mountains area.”
With the Lower Blue Mountains market having witnessed consistent price growth over the past year, Belle Property’s head of NSW and ACT, Andrew Robinson, shared he was “thrilled to welcome such a skilled local team with a thorough understanding of the local market and close connection to the community”.
“I’m excited to see Kate and Chris take the Belle Property brand to the next level in the Blue Mountains region and I look forward to supporting them so that they can further thrive as agents,” he concluded.
This expansion marks Belle Property’s latest in a series of office openings across regional and burgeoning Sydney areas, with the network having recently opened outposts in the semi-rural suburb of Dural, and Rouse Hill in the Hills District.
