Harcourts latest office will provide a range of property services to the community of Jimboomba
The latest addition to the Harcourts family, Harcourts Complete has opened in the town of Jimbooma, helmed by Colin Hatch, who has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Hatch, an experienced horse rider, regularly competes in Dressage and Hack. Now, he’s saddled up and trotted into town to take an important stake in the high-growth area located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Speaking of his decision to focus his efforts in the Queensland town, Hatch said he “couldn’t help but see the opportunities in the scenic rim and start making bold plans!”
He hopes the office will form something of a one-stop-shop for locals, with a full suite of offerings including residential sales, rural properties, commercial real estate, property management, and, somewhat uniquely, buyer’s agents.
“Why deal with multiple agencies? At Harcourts Complete, we provide everything you need under one roof,” the director commented on the strategy.
Even the name of his new business is informed by this ethos.
“My vision for Harcourts Complete is to deliver exactly that—a complete range of services,” he said.
With 26 years in the industry, Hatch brings a broad range of experience from many of the sectors he now offers to clients.
Hatch’s plans include expanding the Harcourts team to continue bolstering the offering.
“I’m building a large team,” Hatch stated “We’ve got big plans, and there are tremendous growth opportunities in this region.”
He’s already embarked on the recruitment drive, encouraging interested parties to get in touch.
