Harcourts’ Arundel office has transformed under its new business owner.

New to the industry, Farshad Kazazi relocated to the Gold Coast last year intending to embark on a real estate career. Now a business owner, he’s unveiled a new look for the office that was up until recently known as Harcourts Arundel.

Now branded as Harcourts Elevate, Kazazi explained that the new name reflects his aim for how his team will offer a high-end service.

“We’re raising the bar in real estate! We’re heading on up, we’re open,” Kazazi said in introducing the business update.

Kazazi has operated a diverse range of businesses during his career, including retailing personal computers, importing cars, and providing laser cosmetic services, notably founding the Eden Laser Clinics Group in NSW and the ACT.

Now Kazazi is using his knowledge in a different field.

“I decided to move to the Gold Coast from Sydney last year and chose to make becoming a real estate agent my next adventure,” explained Kazazi.

“I acquired all the relevant licences last year and decided to buy a rent roll and take on an existing agency”.

However, the new business owner has a longstanding interest in property. Alongside his business ventures, he has been actively buying, renovating, and selling properties since 1993.

In this new venture, he turns that interest into his full-time focus, supported by a small but dedicated team.

“My team at the Arundel office is comprised of two highly experienced property managers, a salesperson and a receptionist,” Kazazi said.

“I feel we are all a great fit together, and since my experience is limited in operating a real estate agency, I plan to grow with the team and create many success stories together moving forward.”

Kazazi reflected on the decision to continue operating the business under Harcourts’ banner. “I was very impressed by the introductory session presented by CEO Adrian Knowles and his team. I felt I have more than adequate support to further learn and grow in this industry,” Kazazi stated.

Harcourts Queensland CEO Greg Allan expressed his confidence that Kazazi’s “fresh approach to the industry and existing business acumen will hold him in great stead to take this office to the next level and we look forward to further supporting him and his team”.

Excited for what the months ahead will bring, Kazazi told prospective clients that in working with his team, they should feel free to elevate their expectations, as the business is confident it can “elevate your results”.
