Raine & Horne Lower North Shore has announced the addition of Nick Separovich to its expanding team.
With over 24 years of experience in the local market, Separovich brings extensive knowledge and strong community connections that the agency is counting on to bolster its growth. His track record includes recognition in Australia’s REB Top 100 real estate agents in 2013, ranking 74th.
According to the agent, the decision to join the Raine & Horne team came down to its market position as well as the professionals he’ll now count as colleagues, with the business having recently added high-performing agents such as Charles Tang, David Howe, Lorina Mansfield, and Max Yue.
Operating from offices in Lane Cove, Willoughby, Mosman and Northbridge, Raine & Horne Lower North Shore is guided by the leadership of founder Stuart Bourne, who expressed his delight in welcoming Separovich to the team.

Separovich will be based at the Raine & Horne Lower North Shore office in Willoughby, strategically positioning him to serve clients throughout the region. Growing up in this area, he holds an intimate understanding of the local market and a wealth of community connections.
The addition of Separovich represents another step in Raine & Horne Lower North Shore’s ongoing expansion, including the upcoming opening of a new office in Northbridge on Sailors Bay Road in November.
