Stone Real Estate Whittlesea expands its reach into Melbourne’s outer north through a strategic rent roll acquisition.
Stone Real Estate Whittlesea has announced a major expansion into Beveridge, Victoria, with an acquisition that solidifies its presence in the fast-growing northern corridor of the state.
Spearheaded by Stone Real Estate Whittlesea’s business owners, Jessica Conte-Singh and Dean Zammit, the acquisition includes a market rent roll of 40 properties, all situated within a prominent estate in Beveridge. This expansion underpins Stone Real Estate’s mission to enhance its locally focused property management services in high-demand areas.
The latest acquisition presents Stone Real Estate Whittlesea with an opportunity to boost its foothold in the Beveridge area, reinforcing its ability to deliver a smooth and comprehensive real estate experience for clients, backed with local knowledge.
Conte-Singh and Zammit view this expansion as a vital step in their long-term plan to grow Stone Real Estate’s market share in high-growth regions.
Conte-Singh highlighted that the expansion into Beveridge is a testament to Stone Real Estate’s approach to growing its local market.
“By acquiring this well-managed rent roll, we are now positioned to provide even more efficient services to our clients,” Conte-Singh said.
“The geographic concentration of these properties allows us to operate more effectively, giving both landlords and tenants a superior, localised experience,” she added.
Echoing this sentiment, Zammit sees the acquisition as a strategy to establish a compelling foundation for potential future growth, with the office hoping to continue to grow its reach in the months and years ahead.
“With this initial acquisition, we’re strategically positioned to cater to the growing demand in the Beveridge area, a market we know very well,” Zammit said.
Graeme Hyde, chief performance officer at Stone Real Estate, praised the move, calling it “a fantastic milestone for Stone Real Estate Whittlesea, aligning with our vision for sustained growth in key areas”.
He noted the dedication of Conte-Singh and Zammit to enhance client experiences, emphasising the company’s support for their success in the Beveridge area.
Michael Conolly, head of network property management at Stone Real Estate, also noted the acquisition as a “win-win for all parties involved”.
The expansion will allow the Whittlesea office to leverage local expertise and expand its footprint in a high-growth area where demand for quality rental and property management services continues to rise.
