A new office has opened its doors in Melbourne’s north, under the name Harcourts Roxburgh Park.

Harcourts has expanded its presence in the local community of Melbourne’s north with the opening of Harcourts Roxburgh Park, led by real estate veterans Evan Yousif and Con Pedis. The duo bring extensive backgrounds in residential sales and property management to serve the Roxburgh Park area and will be supported by Katrin Danial as marketing manager.

Yousif and Pedis, now business owners of the new Harcourts office, have a combined 35 years of experience between them. In launching their own effort, they decided to go with a familiar brand, having previously worked as sales agents within another Harcourts branch.

Their office is located in the Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre, where, according to Danial, they are well-known among community members.

“Many locals recognise us and frequently stop by to say hello,” she said of the new office.

“[This] reflects the strong relationships we’ve built over time. We prioritise and relish these community connections,” Danial added.

In addition to their industry knowledge, the Harcourts Roxburgh Park team prides itself on its multilingual capabilities.

Pedis pointed out that the multilingual team can communicate successfully with clients in a range of languages, which he said not only helps us understand their needs better but also strengthens their trust in us”.

The team’s strong communication is a point of pride for the agent, who said the new office was “dedicated to being a reliable resource for our community, ensuring we provide the support and service they deserve”.

Having previously worked with other Harcourts Victoria branches, such as Craigieburn and Hume, the decision for Yousif and Pedis to open their own office within the Harcourts network was an easy transition.

“The company is well-known for its strong reputation, professionalism and integrity within the real estate industry,” Yousif stated.

“Being part of Harcourts means joining a collaborative network of professionals, fostering a supportive work culture.”

Acting chief executive chief of Harcourts Victoria, Adam Fiteni, expressed confidence in the team taking the reins of the Roxburgh Park office.

“They have been a part of our very successful Hume network for many years and they will continue to do great things in the community they have entrenched themselves in. I wish them every success, and we will support them every step of the way,” Fiteni stated.
