Ayre Real Estate has elevated a senior agent to partner at the Sydney agency.

Ayre Real Estate has appointed senior sales agent Emma Vadas as partner in their Sydney company. Vadas, who has been with Ayre for four years, brings a wealth of experience from her 15-year career in the Sydney property market.

According to Adrian Wilson, director and principal of Ayre Real Estate, the decision to elevate Vadas to partner status comes as recognition for her consistent results and unwavering dedication to her clients.

“This step underscores our commitment to supporting exceptional talent within the agency,” he stated.

The agency has received numerous accolades at the REB Awards, including New Office of the Year 2020 and Sales Campaign of the Year 2024, and is a finalist for the Property Management Business of the Year award this year.

Vadas reflects this success with her expertise in market share retention in Sydney. She has sold 17 properties in the last 12 months that were on the market for an average of 54 days. Working with Ayre’s sales associate Ashlee Hickey, Vandas sold these properties with an average price sale of $1.8 million and a total sales value of $29.1 million.

Based at Ayre Real Estate’s Barangaroo office, Vadas focuses on her client-first approach and credits her integrity and transparent communication for earning her a loyal clientele across Sydney. She has locked sales in landmark buildings, such as Lumiere Residences and Central Park, as well as suburb records in Surry Hills and Erskineville.

Vadas said she’s honoured to become a shareholder, and she continues to build relationships with Ayre’s clients and boost its revenue.

“Having been part of Ayre for several years, I am excited to contribute to its growth and future success. I am incredibly proud of the journey we are on and look forward to what lies ahead,” she said.

The appointment marks a significant milestone for Ayre Real Estate as it continues to expand its team of high-performing agents in the competitive Sydney luxury property market. Recently, Ayre Real Estate has added Noemi Guttmann and Rylee Ritchie to the team to provide customised services for developers and individuals selling post-completion off-the-plan projects.
