Manor Real Estate’s latest director brings a wealth of industry experience and deep community knowledge, and has his sights set firmly on growth and expansion in the coming months.

The NSW brand has named Taylor Bredin as the newest director of Manor Real Estate’s Dural outpost.

Through this appointment, Bredin will join the Dural outpost’s founding directors Steve Ford and William Brush in leading the Hills District-based location, which opened earlier this year as Manor Real Estate’s first office specialising in acreage property sales.

Bredin brings over a decade of real estate experience to Manor Real Estate which, alongside his deep community ties and knowledge of the Dural area, have reportedly helped him to build a reputation for highly personalised and client-focused services.

Since joining Manor Real Estate at the end of last month, the brand emphasised that Bredin’s results-driven approach and reputation for professionalism have allowed him to consistently achieve clients’ real estate goals and exceed their expectations.

In his new role, Bredin leads a dedicated team of five agents at Manor Real Estate Dural who, under his leadership, combine diverse expertise and collaborative approach to deliver tailored real estate services to the agency’s clients.

Bredin outlined his vision for the future in sharing he is “excited to have the ability to influence the next generation of agents”. He also said that he looks forward to growing his team and continuing Manor Real Estate’s growth by expanding the brand into “new and emerging markets”.

Commenting on the appointment, director and founder of Manor Real Estate, Igor Jugovic, shared that partnering with agents like Bredin would help the brand to achieve its growth ambitions while continuing to provide an “unparalleled level of service for all our clients”.

The brand’s fellow director and founder, Jay Bacani, said he was particularly excited at Bredin’s appointment, describing the new director’s “humility, leadership and forward thinking” as an “excellent combination” which “aligns exactly with Manor values”.
