Rejoining RE/MAX, an agent takes a step into business ownership in Logan.

Real estate professional Niket Kalra has launched RE/MAX Signature, a new sales and property management office in the Logan suburb of Crestmead, marking his return to the RE/MAX network where he began his real estate career.

With both personal and professional roots in neighbouring Park Ridge, Kalra has reportedly established a strong reputation catering the real estate needs of this greater Brisbane community, which the brand put down to his “top-quality service” alongside “outstanding results”.

As a sales agent and former business owner in the transport industry, Kalra comes to this new venture with a wealth of experience. He said he chose to rejoin the global RE/MAX brand to leverage its support and training offering, which he feels will help foster growth for his business and team.

Kalra highlighted that the decision to open his own RE/MAX office was driven by the value he previously found in the brand’s robust network and resources.

"With RE/MAX, I’m able to widen my network, access cutting-edge industry training, and ensure my team has the support needed to thrive in Brisbane’s competitive property market,” he said.

Kalra, along with his wife Komal Saini, who handles sales administration, and local sales expert Harman Singh, is hoping to build a bigger team focused on both community service and client success, particularly supporting long-term property investment.

“My goals are to continue to build upon a solid foundation and expand a team that shares my values and drive to support the community real estate needs and the overall growth of the community,” he said.

Aligning with the real estate brand was a clear choice as Kalra reflected his plans to develop his business in both the short and long term.

“RE/MAX is a strong brand, and having experienced firsthand the support of an extended network from an agent’s perspective, it gave great insight on the benefits of growing a successful team as a business owner,” Kalra said.

Joel Davoren, RE/MAX Australia managing director, welcomed Kalra’s return as a franchise owner, commending his ambition and dedication.

“The Crestmead, Park Ridge and surrounding areas are continuing to see strong growth and we’re pleased to be seeing the RE/MAX brand represented by quality business leaders throughout the greater Brisbane region,” Davoren said.
