Homely has unveiled its newest vendor-paid advertising product for property developers.
Real estate portal Homely has announced its latest collection of advertising solutions designed to support property developers in driving leads for new builds.
The company has introduced Homely Developer Gold+ as the central product of its new offering, providing developers with a visual presence on the platform. Homely highlighted that the package is meant to help developers create impactful listings that reach the most interested buyers.
In launching the new product, Homely head of industry, revenue and partnerships, David Webb, said that the firm was conscious of ensuring that the offering made financial sense for the sector.
“Our new developer product is tailored for those looking to maximise visibility at a highly competitive price,” Webb commented.
The new offering spans email marketing, editorial features and social media promotion, and allows developers to list unlimited projects for a monthly membership and reach buyers across multiple touchpoints.
Webb said the product is meant to be a cost-effective vendor-paid advertising product suited for property developers interested in increasing their visibility towards transaction-ready audiences.
Alongside the Developer Gold+ offering, Homely will also offer a per-project option. Both are intended to allow developers to seamlessly showcase their brand, services and properties to create stronger brand recognition and new business growth.
The latest product launch follows on from a deal struck earlier in the year, when Homely partnered with Real Flow to launch a suite of innovative financial solutions to buyers, sellers and agents.
In January this year, the real estate portal reached upwards of 700 strategic partners for its Homely Plus Uplift Program.
Homely’s chief executive officer and co-founder, Jason Spencer, highlighted that the surge in membership requests underpinned the property listing portal’s commitment to “providing unparalleled value and reach in the property advertising realm”.
