Stone Real Estate announces the opening of its first office in Tasmania, focusing on lifestyle, residential and rural properties.
Stone Real Estate has made its Tasmanian debut, opening an office in Southern Tasmania, led by seasoned real estate professional Wendy Wade. The new location looks to establish Stone Real Estate’s footprint in Southern Tasmania in the Kingborough, Channel and Huon Valley regions, focusing on lifestyle, residential and rural properties.
With over 16 years of industry experience, Wade brings her deep-rooted expertise and community focus to greater Hobart and has chosen Margate as the location for Stone’s first Tasmanian office.
Wade began her career in administration before establishing her own franchise eight years ago and becoming the business owner of Elders’ Real Estate Southern Tasmania. As a business owner of Stone Real Estate Southern Tasmania, she’s looking to capitalise on the appeal of Margate for those seeking a lifestyle within the greater Hobart region.
With a commitment to bringing quality service to the Southern Tasmanian community, Wade shared her excitement about the new venture and the impact she hopes to make in the region.
“I’m thrilled to bring the Stone experience to Southern Tasmania, combining local expertise with Stone’s industry-leading resources to contribute to the region’s real estate landscape,” Wade said.
Alongside Wade’s local knowledge of the Kingborough council area, she’ll be looking to use Stone’s extensive national database to reach a broad range of clients.
“I chose Stone Real Estate because of their advanced property marketing tools and comprehensive training programs for my team across both sales and property management,” Wade said.
Three staff members based in Margate and Huon Valley have joined Wade in the new office, bringing their support and engagement towards the local community. The team includes a rural property manager with a strong farming background, ensuring that the business can deliver options to clients in both urban and rural markets.
Stone Real Estate’s chief performance officer, Graeme Hyde, said it was “incredibly exciting to see Stone Real Estate expanding into Tasmania, and we’re thrilled to welcome Wendy and her team to the network”.
Luke Cameron, head of the franchise, praised Wade’s decision to join the brand and highlighted that Wade’s commitment to her community and professionalism was the ideal addition to the Tasmanian region.
“We are honoured that Wendy has chosen Stone as the next step in her career journey, and we’re confident she’ll be a pioneer for the Stone brand in Tasmania,” Cameron stated.
