Two offices in Melbourne’s north have decided to join forces.

Stockdale & Leggo has announced the merger of its Glenroy and Gladstone Park offices.

The joining of these two teams will see the leadership of director Mark Imbesi at Glenroy come together to complement the extensive experience of veteran real estate professional Lilian Farrugia from Gladstone Park.

In announcing the new business group, Stockdale & Leggo praised Imbesi, a seasoned member of the Stockdale & Leggo family, for his leadership and commitment and stated that he has contributed significantly to the culture of the Glenroy office.

The company believes the merger reflects Imbesi’s ongoing investment in growth and innovation, reinforcing the team’s focus on delivering notable outcomes and fostering strong community relationships.

Charlotte Pascoe, CEO of Stockdale & Leggo, highlighted her enthusiasm for the merger, noting the shared values of the Glenory and Gladstone Park teams.

“This partnership represents our focus on elevating service by combining the strengths of two powerhouse teams. Under the Stockdale & Leggo banner, we’re not just expanding – we’re building a stronger foundation for the future of real estate in Melbourne,” she stated.

Farrugia, whose reputation in Gladstone Park has set a high standard in the industry, will continue to work alongside Imbesi’s team in sales. Stockdale & Leggo commended her client-first approach and dedication to building lasting relationships, as it aligns with the company’s commitment to client service.

Reflecting on the merger, Pascoe views it as a significant blending of two offices, contributing distinct strengths.

“At Stockdale & Leggo, our focus is on our clients, and this partnership is about delivering a level of service that redefines what it means to put clients first in our industry. Together, we’re better, stronger, and more committed than ever,” added Pascoe.

Aligning with the company’s ongoing focus on strategic growth, Stockdale & Leggo launched two in-house platforms at the beginning of this year. Its SL Marketing Hub and SL Home are designed to streamline marketing and administrative tasks, equipping professionals with the tools for long-term success in a changing market. Together with the recent merger of the Glenroy and Gladstone Park offices, these initiatives underscore Stockdale & Leggo’s commitment to strengthening its network and delivering quality service to clients.
