Real estate veterans take the lead as Belle Property announces the opening of a new office located in The Gap.
Australian real estate brand, Belle Property, has strengthened its footprint in north-western Brisbane with the launch of Belle Property The Gap. Rebranding after many years with a different network, the office will be led by local real estate veterans James Monaghan and Phil Cray, who have over 35 years of combined industry expertise in the area.
With Monaghan’s 22 years of real estate experience and Cray’s extensive background in construction and property management, the partners of 15 years see this move as a natural development.
“I’ve long admired the Belle Property brand and their dedication to providing customers with a premium real estate experience and high level of service,” Monaghan said about the transition.
“We truly understand the local market and pride ourselves on offering a highly personal service, and combined with Belle Property’s innovative technology, marketing opportunities and a broader reach, the brand really sets us apart from the rest,” Monaghan stated.
Cray echoed Monaghan’s sentiment and noted that as a modern brand, Belle Property will give the local community an “intriguing change”.
The leadership duo will be supported by senior sales agent Iva Chadwick, who contributes two decades of industry knowledge to the team.
David Holmes, Belle Property’s head of state in Queensland, expressed confidence in the new team and the expansion into Brisbane with the new office. He praised the new principals’ local market knowledge and anticipated excellent service delivery, highlighting Monaghan and Cray’s role in establishing Belle Property’s trusted reputation in the community.
Surrounded by national parks and bushlands, The Gap offers a blend of quiet residential areas and urban convenience, being just 15 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD. Its diverse housing market, ranging from spacious family homes to modern townhouses, appeals to families, professionals and retirees.
Recent home price data shows a 15 per cent increase in property values over the past year, solidifying Brisbane as a well-sought-out area, and Belle Property is reportedly aiming to capitalise on this.
Belle Property The Gap marks the 19th Belle Property location in the Sunshine State, aligning with the brand’s nationwide expansion strategy, which recently included openings in Rouse Hill and Dural in Sydney, and Mawson Lakes in Adelaide.
