Pulse Property’s latest addition brings both a wealth of industry experience and a strong background in coaching and mentoring.

The South Sydney network has welcomed Larissa Reed as its new head of performance and growth.

Reed brings over 13 years of real estate experience working with a range of prominent brands, during which she has solidified a reputation for exceptional leadership by optimising operations and focusing on the professional development of her team.

The brand specifically pointed out Reed’s extensive experience in coaching and mentoring sales professionals, which has enabled her to consistently achieve outstanding results for both businesses and their clients.

Pulse Property highlighted that Reed’s expertise will significantly enhance the brand’s sales team, improving their ability to serve home owners, tenants and investors through tailored training programs that will refine operational processes and focus on the professional development of each team member.

Commenting on the new appointment, director of Pulse Property Agents, Ben Pike, shared he was “thrilled to have Larissa join our team”, and stated that “her leadership will inspire our team and enhance every aspect of our business”.

Looking forward, Pike said that Reed’s “proven track record and forward-thinking approach to real estate will be instrumental as we continue to grow our brand and deliver exceptional results for our clients”.

This appointment continues Pulse Property’s ongoing growth over the year, after the brand previously welcomed Luke Lombardi and Christian Bellomo into the roles of sales agent and sales associate, respectively.
