“With deep-rooted relationships in Port Lincoln, Streaky Bay, Ceduna and beyond, we’re proud to have personal ties to this region,” said director Daniel Eramiha.

Co-director Megan Eramiha emphasised the alignment between their team’s values and Harcourts’ reputation.

“Our team now and into the future will benefit from in-house training at the South Australia Harcourts HQ, ensuring compliance and industry-leading expertise,” she stated.

“These resources enable us to provide our clients with informed, strategic and trustworthy guidance, aligned with one of the most respected brands in real estate.”

Heather Edwards, chief executive officer of Harcourts SA, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership.

“Megan and Daniel, and the team, have an outstanding business skill set and genuine care for their community and their people,” she stated.

“We’re delighted that they have entrusted Harcourts with this exciting evolution of their business. Together, we are committed to delivering unparalleled service and expertise to the vibrant and diverse community of the Eyre Peninsula.”

As a fourth-generation Streaky Bay local, Megan Eramiha shared with Harcourts that she cherishes the community connections her team has established across the Eyre Peninsula, extending from the coastline to the inland towns and those relocating from across the globe.

“Our reach spans across family, friends and community connections, making us more than just real estate agents; we are locals who understand the heart of the Eyre Peninsula,” she said.

The three Harcourts EP Coast offices will continue to offer a full spectrum of services, including residential, rural, commercial, strata, property management and buyer’s agency.

Daniel Eramiha reported that the in-house property marketing team of Harcourts EP Coast is “the only one of its kind on the peninsula”, and will deliver “cost-effective marketing solutions that maximise” client results.

“At Harcourts EP Coast, we’re not only committed to exceptional service but to making a positive impact on the Eyre Peninsula,” Daniel Eramiha said.
