The brand’s latest addition brings a proven record of sales excellence and a passion for fostering lasting client relationships.
Highland Property has announced the addition of Sutherland Shire agent Lisa Curtis to the group’s property prestige team.
Curtis brings over a decade of success delivering exceptional sales outcomes, and also offers extensive experience in developing and fostering professional relationships both locally and professionally – a mutual value which attracted her to the Highland brand.
Speaking on her transition to the network, Curtis said that “Highland very much has the feel of a local boutique agency”, and highlighted that real estate experience offered by the brand “feels incredibly local and allows their agents to really listen and work with clients intimately”.
Through this alignment in values, Curtis described the culture of teamwork and support offered by Highland as “something I wanted to be a part of”, and said that the “when the call came, there was no other choice for me personally then to say yes!”
Working alongside Highland Group CEO, David Highland, and fellow prestige agents COO Laura McKay and Highland partner, Mitchell Wynn, Curtis said that she will look to continue pushing boundaries to further succeed as an agent.
Sharing that every day, she strives to “be better than the person I was yesterday”, Curtis said she would continue working towards the “ultimate goal of building a legacy that my children can be proud of”, adding “that is something that I believe I can achieve under the Highland brand”.
Curtis highlighted the large team at Highland in stating she “can’t wait to see how we work together to keep that fire in my belly” and is “looking forward to seeing what I can achieve with them in 2025 and beyond”.
The group’s CEO shared his excitement at Curtis’ appointment and emphasised that “her experience, strong negotiation skills and community-minded approach align perfectly with our mission”.
“Lisa embodies the very essence of what Highland represents – dedication, innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service,” Highland said.
“Together, I look forward to closely working with her in 2025, achieving new milestones and setting even higher standards in the local luxury real estate market,” he added.
