As the year draws to a close, Place Estate Agents is celebrating a year of strategic expansion, with two exciting new office openings, marking a milestone in the company’s 2032 growth strategy.
"As we look to the future, this deliberate, measured growth is exactly what we are aiming for each year," said Damian Hackett, CEO of Place Estate Agents.
Both Place Cleveland and Place Redcliffe Peninsula were successfully launched this year, led by top-tier agents who have already hit the ground running.
With two successful office openings this year, Place is now two steps closer to its 2032 growth goal. Originally set in early 2024, the plan was to expand into 18 new markets across the greater Brisbane area, including Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, and Redlands. Following this year's progress, the goal is now to expand into 16 new markets, with plans to open two new offices each year over the next eight years.
A year of expansion with the right leaders
Jess Culling, one of Ray White Queensland’s top five agents, launched Place Redcliffe Peninsula in September 2024. Jess’s decision to join Place was driven by the opportunity to build a business through leveraging the Place HQ platform, which has proven to be an invaluable support system for agents transitioning into business ownership.
