A real estate veteran has returned to his roots at BresicWhitney, looking to expand the agency’s eastern suburbs footprint.

BresicWhitney has announced the return of Peter Perry, a seasoned real estate professional with over eight years of experience, specialising in property sales in Paddington, Woollahra, and surrounding suburbs.

Perry rejoins the company bringing with him a new wealth of knowledge that will enhance BresicWhitney’s established presence in these competitive Sydney markets.

This return marks a significant milestone for Perry, who began his career with BresicWhitney nearly a decade ago in a sales role.

Perry has expressed his enthusiasm about rejoining the team.

“I’m delighted to be joining the team once again and look forward to the professional and personal growth that’s ahead of me,” Perry stated.

“I’ve seen firsthand the genuine collaboration and close-knit nature of the BresicWhitney sales team and the impact this has on achieving strong transactional results,” he said.

He emphasised the advantages of connecting buyers and sellers from similar geographical areas, which he believes benefits both clients and agents alike.

Reflecting on BresicWhitney’s success, Perry noted that the continued success of the group’s current team and their points of difference across the lifestyle markets are more evident than ever for those buying or selling.

“That’s powerful for those of us operating in these competitive markets,” Perry said.

BresicWhitney’s chief executive officer, Thomas McGlynn, highlighted Perry’s appointment as a testament to the firm’s ability to attract and retain top talent.

“We pride ourselves on not only being a business that’s different, but one that’s always aspiring to be better,” McGlynn stated.

‘We’re ambitious for our people and our clients, and being able to attract high-performing agents like Peter to join our existing strong team is a testament to our vision, our environment and our culture.”

Regarding Perry as a “natural fit” for the organisation, McGlynn expressed enthusiasm for the growth opportunities ahead and the contributions he will make to the team’s continued leadership in the market.
