Located in Mermaid Beach, the new office will be headed by a father-and-son duo.
Belle Property has announced the opening of a new office in the Gold Coast, headed by Luke and Jesse McPhee.
Luke joins Belle with two decades of experience in the property market, with his career spanning REA and CoreLogic, while his son Jesse has seven years’ experience as a real estate agent, working across residential and development.
Jesse has completed over $200 million in sales over three years, including a penthouse record of $10,500,000 for a non-beach front property in Broadbeach.
The Mermaid Beach office opening comes as the network launched another south-east Queensland office in Brisbane’s The Gap.
“It’s the perfect time to be opening a Belle Property in Mermaid Beach as the location still attracts strong interest in premium properties, and the area continues to attract people who value a sense of community while having access to a versatile lifestyle,” Luke said.
“My son and I aim to create a unique, personable real estate service that truly connects with our clients. David Holmes, Belle Property’s Queensland head of state, expressed his excitement at the opening of the new office.

The network confirmed that an additional office is expected to open in 2025, and forms part of the network’s Australia-wide strategy to increase its reach.
