BresicWhitney has announced the appointment of an experienced real estate professional to strengthen their presence in Sydney’s inner west.
Louise Mitchell has joined BresicWhitney, with an eye towards strengthening the agency’s presence and fostering sustainable growth in key markets across the inner west.
With nearly 20 years of industry expertise, Mitchell has established a profile in the inner west suburb of Tempe, as well as the surrounding areas of Marrickville and St Peters.
Before joining BresicWhitney, she served as a director at a local boutique real estate agency, a position she held for eight years.
Mitchell’s proven track record and skills are expected to enhance BresicWhitney’s team and help maintain the agency’s market share. Her recruitment aligns with BresicWhitney’s ongoing strategy for targeted growth, prioritising collaboration with agents who embody the company’s values and ambitions.
As BresicWhitney aims to solidify its position in the Sydney market, the agency plans to continue evolving its centralised operational model and presence in key lifestyle markets.
“I’ve admired BresicWhitney’s brand and transactional success for many years,” Mitchell said.
“Being an independent group is a significant value-add, and it’s clear that BresicWhitney’s operational structures are fit-for-purpose and created to nurture success.”
Mitchell emphasised that her move would enhance the services offered to her clients.
“It will allow me to unlock more opportunities for my sellers through greater buyer connectivity, with the backing of a network of agents across not only the inner west but the main lifestyle markets. I’m grateful for and motivated by what’s ahead,” she added.
BresicWhitney CEO, Thomas McGlynn, expressed confidence in Mitchell’s fit within the organisation, highlighting that Mitchell aligns herself with the company’s core values of “integrity, transparency and teamwork”.
“It’s a pleasure to welcome her to BresicWhitney, and we look forward to supporting her with this next chapter,” McGlynn stated.
Mitchell’s appointment comes off the back of the return of Peter Perry, who began his career with BresicWhitney almost a decade ago and like Mitchell will contribute to the company’s growth opportunities ahead.
