Belle Property has announced the opening of its latest office in Brisbane’s Sunnybank, led by a real estate professional with over a decade of property experience.
Real estate professional Jae Choi joins Belle Property in its commitment to continue serving Brisbane’s property market through its new office opening in Sunnybank.
This launch follows the recent establishment of a Belle Property office in The Gap within the north-western suburbs of Brisbane, further solidifying the brand’s expansion within the Sunshine State.
A statement from the network explained that Choi brings over a decade of experience in the Brisbane property market to the role having recently served as the director of Realand Group.
Belle Property has highlighted that Choi’s multilingual capabilities and in-depth understanding of the area’s multicultural landscape also enable him to effectively cater to Brisbane’s diverse community.
Choi noted that the southern Brisbane suburbs, particularly Sunnybank, have observed significant real estate growth recently, with property values increasing by over 40 per cent in some areas.
Joining Choi at the new office are property manager Jane Yoo and residential sales manager Marie Han, who have worked alongside him since 2020. Together, they will manage off-market and existing properties while offering off-the-plan developments.
Belle Property has shared that the team prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service, leveraging local expertise to secure the best outcomes for its clients.
Choi expressed enthusiasm for joining Belle Property, highlighting that he was drawn to the brand’s strong reputation and focus on delivering exceptional results, which closely match his own professional philosophy.

David Holmes, head of state Queensland for Belle Property, commended Choi’s appointment.
