An established agent has joined BresicWhitney’s Lower North Shore team, bringing a unique knowledge of the Waverton and Wollstonecraft markets.

BresicWhitney has announced the appointment of Stephen O’Sullivan to their Lower North Shore team, joining their group of 10 specialists which specialise in markets from Waverton to Seaforth.

The announcement follows the appointment of new agents in BresicWhitney’s eastern suburbs and inner west offices, with Peter Perry and Louise Mitchell joining the network.

O’Sullivan explained that the move will help him deliver for his clients in the highly sought-after suburbs.

“BresicWhitney has made a significant impact within the Lower North Shore market in recent years. Their unique approach makes a genuine difference and that’s clear in their track record,” O’Sullivan said.

“Aligning with a group that has a clear vision in place of being Sydney’s leading property group is of benefit not only to me and what I’m looking to achieve professionally, but for my clients and all those in the local market looking for an elevated real estate experience.”

Thomas McGlynn, chief executive officer of BresicWhitney, said that O’Sullivan’s knowledge will help the agency’s continued growth in the area.

“Stephen brings a decade of trusted experience to BresicWhitney and supports our sustainable growth across the Lower North Shore. Our shared values form the foundation of what I’m confident will be a great partnership.”

The network’s Lower North Shore team looks after markets including Kirribilli, Neutral Bay, Mosman, Balmoral and Seaforth.

BresicWhitney sold $2.5 billion of Sydney property over 2024.
