The RE/MAX Success Toowoomba team has welcomed Lockyer Valley real estate specialist Taurie Brieschke, whose career in property sales began a decade ago in Hatton Vale, located in the Lockyer Valley region.
Brieschke, a lifelong local, carries a deep connection to the region and family legacy in real estate.
Born in the Lockyer Valley, Brieschke grew up on a farm in Lake Clarendon and now resides in Hatton Vale.
The RE/MAX Success team highlighted that her roots in the community and her passion for property run deep – a trait Brieschke attributed to her late grandfather, Arthur Reck.
Reck, which RE/MAX Success emphasised is a respected figure in the region, operated Arthur Reck Real Estate, specialising in farm sales.
“Everybody knew my grandfather, through working on the land at his and my grandmother Gladys’ Laidley farm, and his many successful years as a real estate agent selling homes, farms and development land between Hatton Vale and Laidley,” Brieschke said.
Brieschke shared that her grandfather’s passion for Lockyer Valley property and real estate sales influenced her own passion for real estate.
Brieschke has spent the past 10 years refining her expertise in rural residential, lifestyle properties, rural and residential land sales, unit development, and more.
“Real estate is fundamentally about helping people, which is the aspect of my job I find most fulfilling,” Brieschke said.
“I really am about building genuine and long-term relationships with individuals, through doing what I love, which is marketing properties in Hatton Vale and throughout the Locker Valley.”
With aspirations to become the go-to agent in the region, Brieschke stated she aims to expand her services and grow her team under the RE/MAX Success banner.
Katie Knight, RE/MAX Success broker-owner, expressed excitement over Brieschke’s addition to the team.
“We are very excited to have Taurie join the team,” she said.
“She is fully committed to providing a personalised and meticulous service to every seller and buyer, conducting business with the highest degree of integrity.”
Brieschke highlighted the area’s affordability, lifestyle and commercial growth as key drivers of the “western migration” from urban hubs like Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.
“I’m seeing more buyers from outside the region than locals, and I understand … who wouldn’t want to live here?” Brieschke stated.
