With bold plans for 2025, LJ Hooker welcomes Antonio Licata to drive growth, recruit leading agents, and build the future of real estate.
LJ Hooker Group has appointed Antonio Licata as the network’s new strategic growth manager, overseeing the recruitment of industry leading agents and agencies to join the brand.
He joins the network with years of experience in real estate, holding critical roles at Elders Real Estate, York Property Group and DiJones.
Licata also founded Linkr, a platform that facilitates sponsorship opportunities between local businesses and sporting clubs.
“I’m thrilled to join such an iconic group with bold growth plans,” he said.
“LJ Hooker’s vision for 2025 gives me confidence we can help real estate professionals take their businesses to the next level.”
Licata will report to Jarita Rayasam, head of operations strategic growth, and is expected to play a critical role as the network approaches its 100th anniversary.
The appointment comes shortly after the network expanded in Sydney’s eastern suburbs and the Margaret River region of Western Australia.
In January, the network confirmed that LJ Hooker Double Bay announced it is expanding its presence in Sydney’s east over the coming year, opening a new office in Woollahra ahead of a planned recruitment and acquisition drive.
Just a month earlier, LJ Hooker Property South West WA announced its plan to open two new offices located in the Margaret River region of Western Australia, with Brent Spooner, the principal and licensee, expanding business operations in Busselton and rebranding a local agency in Dunsborough.
