Belle Property’s commercial division has expanded its presence in Sydney’s North Shore, opening a new office in Lane Cove.
The new branch will be led by principal Baxter van Heyst, who brings over a decade of experience in commercial leasing and sales across metropolitan and regional NSW.
Belle Property noted that Sydney’s North Shore market, known for its blend of residential and commercial hubs, continues to attract investors, businesses and residents due to its strong infrastructure and amenities.
The property firm said Heyst’s background in the property sector and longstanding ties to the North Shore have given him insight into the area’s commercial landscape.
Heyst said Belle Property’s culture was aligned with his real estate approach, and expressed his commitment to creating a strong team.
“I aim to establish the new office as a leader in commercial sales and leasing by delivering outstanding client service and innovative marketing strategies,” Heyst said.
“I want the office to be known for its dedication to achieving the best results, fostering long-term relationships, and maintaining a reputation for excellence and integrity.”
Despite broader economic challenges, Heyst noted that market data revealed the resilience of the North Shore’s commercial property sector, with increasing interest from investors and tenants.
He also noted that the area shows stability, with support from businesses returning to physical offices and seeking prime locations.
Belle Property Commercial associate director, Benjamin Congiusta, highlighted Heyst’s experience as a key factor in the expansion.
“Baxter’s extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector makes him the ideal leader for our new office on the North Shore,” Congiusta said.
“His proven track record in commercial leasing and sales positions him perfectly to drive our vision forward, and we are confident that he will elevate our service offering and exceed the evolving needs of our clients.”
