Laing+Simmons Baulkham Hills has expanded its presence by opening a new office in Norwest, marking continued growth for the boutique real estate network.

The launch of the new office comes as the company prepares to introduce at least six additional offices in the first half of 2025.

The Baulkham Hills office is a family business led by husband-and-wife team Jason Li and Lisa Van.

The team explained that they have entered the market at a time of strong confidence, with Li highlighting factors such as quality schools, amenities, and connectivity as key buyer and seller interest drivers.

“For everything it has to offer families, Baulkham Hills also offers relative affordability, and with the potential for interest rates to come down, there will be considerable opportunities for people to make a strategic local move in the months and years ahead,” he said.

Van emphasised the alignment between their business approach and the Laing+Simmons brand.

“Our business philosophy is not to prioritise volume but instead to work one-on-one with our customers through a robust process until their goals are fully realised, and Laing+Simmons is the perfect brand and culture to support us on our path,” Van said.

She also noted plans to leverage the company’s in-house recruitment service to facilitate future growth.

Laing+Simmons’ head of people and growth, Jacqui Barnes, stated that the company’s growth strategy is centred on expanding alongside its network partners.

“This year is shaping up as an exciting phase in our growth strategy as we balance the potential for an accelerated rollout of new offices while maintaining the boutique identity and unique culture which attracts certain operators to Laing+Simmons,” Barnes said.

“We’re finding the more we talk to leading local operators, the more interest there is in a people-first, flexible, support-focused approach. That’s the case with Laing+Simmons Baulkham Hills, and we’re thrilled the team has decided to take its growth journey with us.”

The new Norwest office follows a series of recent openings.

Earlier this year, Laing+Simmons The Roger Agha Group launched an office in Concord, while in December new locations were established in Sydney’s Kings Langley, Maroubra and Ingleburn, and at Point Cook in Melbourne.
