The new principal and owner of Century 21 City will incorporate both local and international insights to grow the office’s market presence.
The network has welcomed real estate professional, Mike Drennan, as the new principal of Century 21 City based in Adelaide.
Drennan brings extensive experience from his 18 years in real estate, and has established a reputation for delivering above and beyond for his clients over the course of his more than 1,500 real estate transactions.
Alongside industry experience, Drennan holds a BSc in Construction Management, a Master Practitioner of Real Estate (M.PRE), and has completed a Harvard Business School course in entrepreneurship in emerging economies, which he said has helped his holistic real estate approach.
Originally from South Africa, Drennan founded Kingstons Real Estate in 2013, which became a leading agency in Johannesburg, and notched up multiple international property awards.
After relocating to Adelaide, Drennan acquired Century 21 City to leverage his industry insights and knowledge of Adelaide’s property landscape to offer services in residential sales, property management, and commercial leasing.
“We saw an opportunity to elevate our service offering while aligning with a brand that shares our values of professionalism, integrity and customer focus,” Drennan said.
Since joining the Century 21 network, Drennan said that he has received positive feedback from clients and is eager to see continued growth and success.
To further bolster this momentum, the network said that Drennan will use his industry partnerships in finance, conveyancing and property development to strengthen his agency’s ability to provide seamless real estate solutions.
“We aim to leverage the global strength of Century 21 while maintaining a strong local presence, providing expert guidance in residential sales, property management and commercial real estate,” Drennan said.
Century 21’s national network manager, Ian Carter, said he is “excited to see this office thrive under Mike’s guidance and look forward to celebrating its continued success in the Adelaide real estate market”.
