The brand’s newest addition will use adept interpersonal skills and comprehensive industry knowledge to bolster First National’s presence across Australia.
First National Real Estate has announced the appointment of Betty Ninas to the position of network growth manager.
With over 20 years of experience, Ninas has established a wealth of industry knowledge by working in sales, property management, business leadership and franchise development.
She was previously Century 21’s Victorian and Tasmanian state manager, where she led a network of 20 offices and delivered national strategies to drive franchise growth.
She then worked as an operations manager at Jellis Craig, managing a team of 40 people during a significant period of organisational change for the network.
First National said Ninas’ passion for business development and adept understanding of the real estate sector have resulted in her work onboarding new franchise clients who are nationally recognised.
Ninas said she is thrilled to join First National Real Estate and will look to leverage her experience to identify and onboard high-performing agencies to the network.
“I’m passionate about helping agencies thrive and look forward to delivering value to our growing network,” Ninas said.
First National CEO David Edwards said he is pleased to welcome Ninas to the network’s National Support Office team.
“Betty’s hands-on approach to leadership and her ability to build strong relationships aligns perfectly with our strategic vision,” Edwards said.
“We look forward to seeing the positive impact she will have as we continue to strengthen and grow First National’s presence across Australia,” he added.
This announcement is the latest in a series of recent appointments at First National Real Estate, with both Mark Jansen stepping in as marketing and communications director and Darren Pearce being appointed as membership director earlier this month.
