The 21 Elders Lifestyle Group offices across NSW have exited the Elders network, launching the Lifestyle Group.

David Gray, Chief executive officer and founder of the Lifestyle Group, explained that the group had grown to a scale that no longer aligned with a franchise model, with 21 offices across the state.

Lifestyle began with the acquisition of Elders Port Macquarie in 2017 which now serves as the group’s headquarters. It then expanded across the mid north coast and northern NSW.

The company has billed the exit and rebrand as an important step in the network’s continued growth, with over 200 employees, 8,000 properties under management, 500 holiday management and over 1,000 sales totalling $830 million in 2024.

It is hoped that the new identity will be a new and dynamic chapter for the network, helping to solidify the group’s footprint in the real estate sector.

The rebrand reflects the company’s growth mindset, Gray said.

“This is a celebration of the growth and transformation that the Lifestyle Group has undergone over the past eight years. As we enter this new chapter, we remain committed to our core values of embracing change, a growth mindset, a relationship focus and thriving on energy,” he said.

“Our clients have always been at the heart of everything we do, and we are deeply grateful for their ongoing loyalty. We look forward to continuing to work with them and to making an even greater impact in the communities we serve.”

Jonathan Maggs, head of brand and client experience, explained that the new identity will help the group connect with diverse communities.

“Our refreshed brand identity represents more than just a new look – it’s a reflection of our journey and our unwavering commitment to our clients,” he said.

“The new brand direction is designed to better connect with the diverse communities across our footprint while reinforcing the exceptional, personalised service that the Lifestyle Group is known for. We’re excited to continue building relationships with our clients and strengthening our presence as a trusted partner in their real estate journey.”

As part of the rebrand, Lifestyle will have refreshed signage, new marketing tools and a new digital presence.
