Ray White’s latest Top End office will collaborate with the Darwin office to deliver targeted real estate services to Palmerston residents.

The network has announced that Northern Territory agents, Andrew Harding and Ryan Rowsell, have teamed up to open Ray White Palmerston.

Harding, a qualified carpenter by trade, started his real estate journey in 2017 and has used his wealth of insights from the construction industry to tailor to his clients’ needs.

The opening of the Palmerston office marks Harding’s career expansion as he previously established Ray White Darwin in 2022.

To launch the network’s latest NT outpost, he will partner with Palmerston local Rowsell.

Through this partnership, Ray White’s Darwin and Palmerston offices will work alongside each other in a new premise housing both teams, with Rowsell’s wife Samara joining the team as operations manager to oversee the two agencies.

Harding and Rowsell shared they were “thrilled” to work alongside each other at the new Ray White Palmerston office.

“Ryan and I bring complementary skills to the table, with Ryan’s expertise in listing and selling and my experience in setting up and running the business side of things,” Harding said.

“Together, we aim to create a trusted, knowledgeable, and experienced team dedicated to the Palmerston community,” he added.

Rowsell brings a strong sales background and previously ran a lucrative car yard before transitioning into the real estate industry in 2021.

Ray White said that by being a Palmerston local, Rowsell is well-equipped to guide local families through home ownership using his comprehensive area knowledge.

“Palmerston is home to a lot of first home buyers and young families, and our goal is to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service,” Rowsell explained.

“Over the next 12 months we aim to grow our market share, expand our team, and establish a dedicated property management service for our Ray White Palmerston clients,” he said.

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO, Matt Lindblom, shared his support for the new venture.

“Andrew and Ryan’s partnership represents a powerful combination of experience and community focus,” Lindblom said.

“Their enthusiasm and commitment to Palmerston is commendable, and I look forward to seeing Ray White Palmerston become a cornerstone of the local real estate market,” he concluded.
