A woman subject to a good behaviour order was charged with aggravated burglary charges at a Braddon real estate agency in the ACT last week.

The 26-year-old Turner woman will appear in the ACT Magistrates Court after allegedly using tools to pry open two secured lockboxes at a Braddon real estate agency last week.

The two secured lockboxes off the business’ front entrance contained a swipe card to the building.

The woman was then alleged to have returned around 8:00am with two accomplices, a man and a woman, and used the swipe card to gain access.

The trio then allegedly ransacked the offices within the building, and allegedly took numerous keys to properties, laptops, an iPad, cameras and wallets.

Called on the robbery scene, the police used CCTV footage and location data from one of the reportedly stolen laptops to find the women.

The police then visited the 26-year-old’s residence in Turner, where they found most of the stolen items, leading to her arrest.

She has been charged with aggravated burglary and breaching a good behaviour order.

Police are still on the hunt for the two alleged accomplices.
