Belle Property Southern Highlands has chosen to stay local for its new co-principal, who brings over close to two decades of experience and extensive market knowledge to the role.
The network has announced that local principal Henry Capel and his team have partnered with established principal Debbie Pearce at Belle Property Southern Highlands.
Capel brings more than 17 years of real estate experience, over the course of which he has established a reputation across multiple facets of the industry, such as property management, sales, auctioneering and business ownership.
Having lived in the Southern Highlands since 2017, Capel most recently worked as a selling principal for three years in the area, which enhanced his already deep understanding of the local real estate market.
Working alongside Capel is existing principal Pearce, who has lived in the area for over 15 years and is an active member of the Southern Highlands community.
Belle Property said that Capel and Pearce share the same professional mindset and commitment to forging lasting client relationships through exceptional results.
Capel said that he aims for the office to be “synonymous with excellence in the Southern Highlands”.
“Debbie and I are equally committed to delivering a gold standard level of service, and my team and I are excited to join such an accomplished and independently awarded office,” Capel said.
Similarly, Pearce said she was “thrilled” to have Capel and his team join the office.
“By joining forces, we can combine our strengths, enhance our impact and continue to provide the premium outcomes our mutual clients have come to expect,” Pearce said.
Belle Property head of state NSW & ACT, Andrew Robinson, said he was excited to welcome Capel and his team to the Belle Property network, and follow their journey as they service the Southern Highlands market.
