The new principal of Century 21 First Choice aims to strengthen Century 21’s established presence in Adelaide and capitalise on over 50 years of global brand recognition.

Century 21 Australia has appointed Paras Doshi as the new principal of Century 21 First Choice, located in Tea Tree Gully, outer north-eastern Adelaide.

Doshi, an experienced business manager, brings three years of local real estate experience to the role and aims to strengthen the Tea Tree Gully team’s market position.

As a long-time resident of Adelaide’s north-east, Doshi has been actively involved in the local community and has a background in various business ventures.

He expressed confidence that these experiences will support his transition into real estate leadership.

“My goal is to continue building on the fine work of the previous owners who built a strong presence for the Century 21 brand in this region for more than 23 years,” Doshi said.

“I plan to expand both sales and property management teams to further leverage the strong opportunities for further growth with the C21 brand in the region and ensure that the brand remains a strong player in the real estate market in the area.”

He said that Century 21’s strong local and international reputation, alongside the company’s support systems, were key factors in his decision to join the brand.

“I saw the Century 21 brand as strong both locally and internationally, and I was impressed with the training and support provided to C21 staff and principals,” Doshi said.

South Australia state network and growth manager, Trish Johnson, welcomed Doshi’s appointment with acknowledgment of his commitment and work ethic.

“His dedication and work ethic is a shining example of how he will apply that professionalism to his client base – vendors, landlords, purchasers and tenants,” Johnson said.

“We look forward to seeing Century 21 First Choice In Real Estate grow under the inspired leadership of Paras and his team.”

Century 21 Australia recently appointed Ray Ellis as its new chief executive officer, following a strategic plan to strengthen the brand’s presence and market share in the Asia-Pacific region.

Ellis brings his strong background in the industry as a business executive and former director of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA).
