The new CEO of Real Estate Academy Australia (REAA) will use her decades of industry experience to enhance the organisation’s training services for aspiring real estate professionals.

Real Estate Academy Australia (REAA) has announced the appointment of Ramona Jedrzejewski as its new CEO.

During her 19 years of real estate experience, Jedrzejewski spent 12 years with the REAA, cultivating a wealth of industry insights that will enable her to improve support for new entrants to the sector.

“I want every student to feel supported in their journey and provide a course that not only delivers the training required, but empowers students to graduate and take practical skills to a new role,” Jedrzejewski said.

As a licensed and practising real estate agent, Jedrzejewski said making sure her skills are kept up to date has enabled her to ensure REAA’s course material is “always relatable to the current market”.

“We have an incredible depth of experience at REAA, and part of my role as CEO is to utilise this experience to help better educate the students in our courses,” she said.

Jedrzejewski said REAA’s self-paced course structure offers flexibility to new entrants, making it easier for them to complete their studies and join the real estate industry.

“Our platform ensures people not only enrol into a real estate course but actually complete our course,” Jedrejewski said.

“Due to the self-paced design, if someone wants to move quickly we facilitate that progress as well,” she added.

REAA currently provides real estate courses in NSW, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, as well as nationally recognised certificates and diplomas in business and mortgage broking.

In her new role, Jedrzejewski said she aims to help educate even more students who want to obtain real estate and finance qualifications.

“As CEO, I want to continue REAA’s strong legacy of supporting students’ entry into their desired industry and providing a course that gives them the best chance of success after they graduate,” she concluded.
